Privacy Requests
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete the personal data Guidecall holds about you. This page explains how to exercise those rights. For full details, see our Privacy Policy.
Deletion
Logged-in users can delete their account directly from Account Settings. Guests and former users can use our self-serve deletion page at guidecall.app/privacy/delete. Deletion is subject to the legal retention obligations described in Section 10 of the Privacy Policy; where full deletion is not possible, we anonymize the relevant data.
Access & Correction
To request a copy of the personal data we hold about you, or to ask us to correct inaccurate or incomplete data, email privacy@guidecall.app with your request. We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling a request, and we respond to verified requests within forty-five (45) days. You can update most account fields yourself from Account Settings.
